Return & Exchange Policy

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Products Eligible for Return Defective & Non-Defective

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • The return request is initiated within 30 days of the purchase date
  • The product is in its original, unused condition (for physical goods)
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories included

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized digital marketing campaigns already delivered
  • Downloadable software, digital reports, or media files once accessed or downloaded
  • Services that have already been fully rendered
  • Products purchased during special promotions or final-sale events (unless defective)

3. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product or a service that does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will gladly offer a replacement, repair, or full refund. To report a defective product:

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Provide a detailed description and photographic evidence of the defect
  • Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days
  • Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund within 5–7 business days

4. Exchange Policy Exchanges Accepted

We accept product exchanges under the following terms:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • The item to be exchanged must be in its original, unused condition
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, the customer will be charged the price difference
  • If the replacement item is of lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and supporting details
  • Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
  • Upon approval, follow the instructions to send back the item or receive the replacement
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

6. Refund Method

✅ Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

⏱ Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
